Description
Carex vulpinoidea, or Fox Sedge, is a fast-growing perennial sedge native to North America. It features fine, arching leaves and dense clusters of greenish-brown seed heads that resemble a fox’s tail. Typically growing up to 3 feet tall, this sedge adds texture and movement to wetland landscapes.
Fox Sedge thrives in full sun to partial shade and tolerates a wide range of soil conditions, from wet to moderately dry.
