Shipping policy

Delivery: Customers are encouraged to pick up their orders. Delivery may be arranged. Customer is responsible for unloading. A 20% restocking fee will be charged if a delivery or pick up date is cancelled or changed after our truck has been loaded.

We reserve the right to adjust delivery fee based on fuel costs at time of delivery.

To continue providing reliable delivery service, please note that a small mileage-based fuel surcharge is applied to all delivery orders due to ongoing economic conditions and rising fuel costs.
