Clump forming, flower blooming, grass-like rush reaching 3' in height. Stems are unbranched and round in cross section. Has the potential to create dense stands with deep fibrous root systems. Great for use as shoreline protection. Capable of filtering suspended solids, and up-taking excess nutrients. Persists through polluted conditions.
