This mix draws on native forbs and grasses genuinely capable of flowering and persisting under partial shade, giving wooded or partially-canopied upland properties a pollinator-friendly planting option where a standard full-sun meadow mix would fail to thrive.

Planting Guidance

Broadcast or drill seed into a prepared, weed-free seedbed in spring or late fall. Light raking or rolling after seeding improves soil-to-seed contact. Establishment may take longer under heavier shade than in full-sun plantings.
