A cheerful, easy-establishing bridge between spring and summer bloom, lanceleaf tickseed combines genuine deer and drought resistance with real larval host value for several small native moths, including the Wavy-Lined Emerald.
Species Overview
Coreopsis lanceolata is a perennial wildflower native to North America, renowned for its bright yellow, daisy-like flowers that bloom from late spring to early summer. It thrives in well-drained soils and full sun, tolerating drought conditions once established.
