More information on the 2027 crop to come
A confirmed juglone-tolerant goldenrod, flat-topped goldenrod combines aggressive, reliable colonization of moist-to-dry sites with exceptional pollinator range - long- and short-tongued bees, wasps, flies, butterflies, moths, and beetles all visit its blooms.
Species Overview
Euthamia graminifolia is a perennial herbaceous plant native to North America, commonly found in meadows, wetlands, and along roadsides. It grows 2 to 4 feet tall and produces clusters of small, bright yellow flowers from late summer into fall. Its narrow, grass-like leaves give it a fine texture that contrasts beautifully with other wildflowers, and the foliage emits a scent when crushed.
